The term Made in U.S.A. can be very conceiving, most companies selling dinettes in the U.S. or Canada are getting their frames from China, But with painting the frames or changing the upholstery they can claim Made in U.S. but the quality is never the same, a major difference can be even with the one process of Brazing the frames which is a process of closing up all the connections with a gold color type of welding which adds to the strength of the entire chair, Not mentioning the fact that most chairs imported are made with a thinner gauge tube which cannot uphold a person’s weight for too long.
